Architecture gave me the delivery foundation. Systems thinking changed the scale of the problems I work on.

I work at the intersection of design delivery, information, operations and technology. My background is in architecture and BIM, but my work has increasingly focused on improving how organisations operate: simplifying processes, structuring information, automating repetitive work and introducing technology that teams can actually use.

Professional direction

My career has moved from architectural practice into BIM and information management, then AEC technology consulting, digital delivery and cross-department digital operations. The common thread is not a particular software platform. It is improving how people, information and systems work together.

Today that includes model and information governance, design automation, resource and operational reporting, Microsoft 365 systems, AI-enabled workflows and the practical adoption work required to make change stick.

Leadership approach

I lead through standards, mentoring, workshops, implementation, evidence and influence. My work often sits between technical specialists, senior management and operational teams, translating requirements into systems that are clear enough to govern and practical enough to use.
